Processing flow of frozen fruits

If qualified, the next step will be to clean, peel, core and cut the fresh fruit into the shape required by the customer, such as cubes, halves, strips, etc. Next, we need to blanch the cut fruit. The blanching time is generally 60-120 seconds. The blanching time of different fruits is different. This process is to kill the bacteria on the surface of the fruit. After blanching, the fruit is cooled and snap-frozen. After this process of processing, the fruit has been kept in an environment below minus 18 degrees. Then we will pack the product in the freezer workshop, and we can pack it according to the customer's requirements, such as 10 kilograms in bulk, 1 kilogram in color bags and the customer's logo printed on it. During the packaging process, we have workers who have been selecting products, and all workers wear masks, hats and uniform clothing. The entire processing process will strictly follow the requirements of food processing. After the packaging is completed, the final inspection will be carried out on the product. All products must be inspected by a metal detector, which ensures that our products will not have metal foreign bodies, etc., and further ensures product quality. Finally, we will deliver the goods to the destination designated by the customer through the refrigerated container. The above is the rough processing process of frozen fruit.
